Accessibility

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We aim to make textbooks and materials usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology.

What we do

• Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
• A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page.
• Semantic headings and landmarks for screen readers.
• Text contrast of at least 4.5:1; colour is never the only signal.
• Body text never below 16px; layout resizes to 200%.
• Download links are descriptive (e.g. “Download Bangla version”).

Using a screen reader

Each book lists its versions (Bangla, English, PDF) with separate “View” and “Download” buttons. Buttons announce the version and the book title. Files open in a new tab.
